By creating an account or using any service on akitainucoin, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept every provision, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users regardless of account type — Starter, Pro, or Institutional. akitainucoin reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Platform

You may use akitainucoin solely for lawful crypto trading activity. You must not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All content on akitainucoin — including the trading interface, charts, blockchain analytics tools, brand assets, and written content — is the exclusive property of akitainucoin and protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any akitainucoin content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

Liability

Crypto trading involves substantial risk. akitainucoin provides a trading infrastructure — it does not provide financial advice. Past performance of Bitcoin or any digital asset does not predict future results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, akitainucoin is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or damages arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

Some jurisdictions do not allow full liability exclusion. In those cases, liability is limited to the fees you paid to akitainucoin in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

Third-Party Services

akitainucoin integrates with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and blockchain data services. These providers operate under their own terms. akitainucoin is not responsible for third-party conduct.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Enable two-factor authentication. akitainucoin will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, outstanding balances will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to any pending compliance reviews.

Changes to Terms

Updated terms take effect 14 days after publication on the akitainucoin platform. Users will receive email notification of material changes. The current version is always dated and accessible in your account settings. Effective from 2026.
